1. The service

tigerz is a management system for delivery companies: allocation and dispatch, scheduling, tracking, a courier app, proof of delivery, cash on delivery, price lists, invoices and reports.

The service is provided online. Capabilities may be added, changed or retired; material changes to an existing capability are announced in advance.

2. Accounts and permissions

Opening an account creates a company in the system. The account owner is responsible for who they invite, the permissions they grant and the safekeeping of credentials.

Accounts are not to be shared between people — not least so that the audit trail is accurate.

3. Acceptable use

The service may not be used for unlawful activity, to circumvent permissions, to reach another company's data, or in a way that degrades the service for others.

Do not upload content you have no right to upload, including photographs and personal details collected without a lawful basis.

4. Your data

The data you enter is yours. We hold it on your behalf and allow you to export it at any time.

We may use aggregated, anonymised data to improve the service, in a form that cannot identify a company, a customer or an individual.

5. Payment and subscription

Use of the service requires a subscription to the selected plan. A plan may include quotas (for example the number of couriers or monthly deliveries), which are enforced by the system.

Non-payment may lead to suspension of access. Even while suspended, data export remains possible for a reasonable period.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but cannot promise uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is scheduled outside peak hours where possible.

7. Liability

The service is a tool for managing operations. Responsibility for performing deliveries, for the accuracy of entered data and for relationships with customers and suppliers rests with the customer company.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damage. In any event, aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts actually paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the event.

8. Intellectual property

The system, its code, its design and the name tigerz belong to the owners of the service. Use of the service transfers no rights in them.

9. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, with notice and an opportunity to export data, save for a serious breach or a demand from a competent authority.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of the State of Israel have exclusive jurisdiction.
